Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the useOneField website, dashboard, booking pages and related services. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.
The service
useOneField lets you create hosted or embeddable demo booking pages. Visitors can submit their contact information and choose an available time slot. The service sends calendar invites, reminders and related messages on your behalf.
Accounts
You must provide accurate information when you register. You are responsible for keeping your password and account credentials safe, and for all activity that happens under your account. Tell us right away if you suspect unauthorized access.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse the service or create legal risk for us or others.
Subscriptions, billing and cancellation
useOneField is a paid subscription service. Fees are billed in advance through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. You are responsible for all taxes and charges imposed by your jurisdiction.
You can cancel at any time from the billing page. After cancellation, you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. At the end of that period, your live pages pause and may stop serving publicly. We do not issue refunds automatically, but you can contact support to discuss your situation.
We may change pricing or subscription features. We will notify you before changes take effect.
Acceptable use
You may not use useOneField for illegal, fraudulent, abusive, harassing or harmful purposes. You may not send spam, scrape data, overload our systems, reverse engineer the service, or try to access accounts or data that do not belong to you.
You are responsible for the content you publish on your booking pages, the messages you send and the way you treat leads who book through the service. You must comply with all applicable laws, including privacy and anti-spam laws.
Your content and intellectual property
You keep ownership of the content you upload, including branding, page copy and lead information. You grant useOneField a limited license to host, process and display that content so we can run the service for you.
useOneField owns its own software, designs, trademarks and code. These terms do not give you any right to copy, distribute or modify our service beyond the features we make available through your account.
Third-party services
useOneField connects with third-party services such as Google Calendar, Stripe and email providers. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for their availability, changes or practices.
Disclaimers
useOneField is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free or completely secure. We are not responsible for missed bookings, calendar conflicts, delivery failures or losses caused by factors outside our reasonable control.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, useOneField and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless useOneField and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses or expenses arising out of your use of the service, your content, your breach of these terms or your violation of any law or third-party right.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts located in Toronto, Ontario.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will post the revised version on this page with a new last updated date. Continued use of useOneField after changes means you accept the revised terms.
