Privacy Policy
This policy explains how useOneField collects, uses, stores and shares information when you use our website, dashboard and booking pages. It also explains your rights and how to contact us.
Information we collect
When you create an account, we collect your email address and any name or company details you provide. We may also collect billing information, though payment card details are handled by Stripe and never touch our servers.
When you build a booking page, we store the page content, settings, availability windows and any custom branding you upload. When a lead books a demo, we store the contact information they submit, the time slot they choose and any notes attached to the booking.
If you connect a Google Calendar, we access calendar free or busy information and create calendar events on your behalf. We do not read the titles, descriptions or attendees of unrelated events unless you explicitly grant broader access.
We also collect technical data such as IP addresses, browser type, device information and cookies to keep the service secure, understand usage and fix problems.
How we use information
We use your information to provide and improve useOneField, process payments, send booking confirmations and reminders, prevent fraud and abuse, respond to support requests and comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information or your leads' information. We do not use Google user data to build advertising profiles or to train machine learning models.
How we share information
We share data only with service providers who help us run useOneField. These include our hosting and database provider, our payment processor, our email and SMS delivery providers and analytics services. Each provider is contractually bound to use the data only for the services they perform for us.
We may share information if required by law, to enforce our terms or to protect the rights, property or safety of useOneField, our users or the public.
Google Calendar data
If you connect a Google Calendar, useOneField uses that access only to check availability, create booking events and keep those events in sync. We request the minimum scopes needed and do not transfer Google user data to other apps or use it for any purpose outside of running your booking pages.
You can revoke this access at any time from your Google Account permissions. Once revoked, we can no longer read or write calendar events for that account.
Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. You can review that policy at developers.google.com/terms/api-services-user-data-policy.
Data retention and security
We keep your account data and booking records for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. If you cancel, we delete or anonymize personal information within 30 days, unless a longer retention period is required by law or needed for legitimate business purposes such as billing records.
We use encryption in transit and at rest, access controls and regular security reviews to protect your information. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal information. You can update most account details from the dashboard. For other requests, email us at support@useonefield.com.
Children's privacy
useOneField is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected such information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised version on this page with a new last updated date. Continued use of useOneField after changes means you accept the revised policy.
